These terms cover your use of the Red Cedar Construction website and the estimate requests and projects you discuss with us. By submitting an estimate request or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Estimates are free. A written estimate is based on the scope we discuss with you on site and the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the scope changes, if we uncover conditions we couldn't see beforehand, or if material costs change. We'll always tell you before we proceed with any change that affects the price.

Any project we build for you is governed by a separate written agreement that spells out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. The information on this website describes what we build generally and is not a binding quote or contract.

If you provide your mobile number and consent on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Red Cedar Construction about your estimate request and project. By consenting, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Message frequency varies based on your project and our communications with you.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.
• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by calling us at (845) 288-4207.
