Free on-site visit
We walk the property, check the ground and access, and take photos. Then we talk through the details with you: size and layout, foundation, roof style, doors and windows, siding to match your home, and whether you'll need power, heat or plumbing. We'll also go over what permits and approvals your town may require, and sketch out a design if it helps.

Clear, line-by-line estimate
You get a written estimate that shows what every piece costs, from site prep and foundation to framing, roofing and finishes. Want to swap a material or drop an extra? Easy. You approve exactly what you want, with no surprises later.

We build, and keep you in the loop
Once you give the go-ahead, we get our crew on site as soon as your schedule allows. We handle the site work and build it from the ground up with our own crews and equipment. You'll get regular updates and can talk directly with Steve, the owner, whenever you have a question.

Final walkthrough
When it's done, we walk through every inch with you and make sure you're 100% happy with it. We keep the job site clean and treat your property with respect from the first visit to the last nail.
