Free on-site visit
We come out, inspect the roof and siding up close, and take photos of anything we find, like damaged shingles, soft spots, rot, flashing problems or poor ventilation. Then we talk through your options together: asphalt shingles, metal or cedar for the roof; vinyl, fiber cement or wood for siding; plus colors, trim and gutters.

Clear, line-by-line estimate
You get a written estimate that shows what every piece costs: tear-off, any wood that needs replacing, materials, labor and cleanup. Want to change a material or skip an extra? Easy. You approve exactly what you want, with no surprises later.

We build, and keep you in the loop
Once you give the go-ahead, we get our crew on site as soon as your schedule allows and the weather cooperates. We protect your landscaping, keep the work area tidy, and give you regular updates along the way. You can talk directly with Steve, the owner, whenever you have a question.

Final walkthrough
When it's done, we walk the whole project with you, clean up thoroughly (including a magnetic sweep for stray nails), and make sure you're 100% happy with it. We treat your home with respect from the first visit to the last nail.
