Free on-site visit
We come out, look everything over and take photos. Then we sit down with you and talk through the details: wood and finish, size and shape, where the stairs go, and what kind of foundation will hold it up. If it helps, we'll sketch out a design too.

Clear, line-by-line estimate
You get a written estimate that shows what every piece costs. Want to drop something or change it? Easy. You approve exactly what you want, with no surprises later.

We build, and keep you in the loop
Once you give the go-ahead, we get our crew on site as soon as your schedule allows. You'll get regular updates and can talk directly with Steve, the owner, whenever you have a question.

Final walkthrough
When it's done, we walk the whole project with you and make sure you're 100% happy with it. We treat your home with respect from the first visit to the last nail.
