Custom Guest House
A fully custom guest house, built from the ground up and handled entirely by our team. We did it all: foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, flooring and paint. The result is a comfortable, approximately 2,600 sq. ft. home on the client's property, with dark board-and-batten siding, natural cedar trim, a modern metal roof and exposed wood beams inside.

Over more than six months, we built a working facility with everything under one roof: office space, a full mechanic's shop, and wide-open storage for trucks and heavy equipment. It's built tough enough for daily commercial use and designed to grow with the business.

Our biggest and most challenging build to date. This custom home was built from the ground up over the better part of a year, framed with oversized timber posts and beams and finished with walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, a standing-seam metal roof and a raised wraparound deck overlooking the Hudson Valley.
Three-Car Garage with Bonus Room
A brand-new three-car garage, built from the ground up on the same property where we completed a full roof replacement. Above the garage is a large bonus room with three windows, with plenty of space for a home office, gym, studio or guest space. The building is sheathed with ZIP System panels for a tight, weather-resistant shell and topped with a standing-seam metal roof.
